AI Microdrama Production

AI microdrama production for platforms that need volume without losing quality.

Vertical drama is the fastest-growing format on every platform we work with, and the bottleneck is always the same: producing hundreds of episodes with consistent characters, in multiple languages, at a cost that makes sense. 10fold Studios produces microdramas end to end with a pipeline we also use for our own slate.

What it is

A microdrama is a serialized vertical story told in 60–120 second episodes, built for mobile viewing with a hook in the first three seconds and a cliffhanger at the end of each episode. A season typically runs 40 to 120 episodes.

We produce the full stack: screenplay and episode breakdown, character design locked across the series, AI-generated visuals and image-to-video, voice performance, sound design, music, captions and platform-ready exports. The same engine wrote and shot our Ramayana feature.

Because the pipeline is ours, we can iterate on look, pacing and voice in hours instead of reshoot cycles, and we can deliver the same series in Hindi, regional Indian languages, Spanish, Portuguese or English from one master.

Who it's for

  • OTT platforms and streaming apps launching or scaling a vertical-video section
  • Media houses and publishers with story IP that has never been filmed
  • Audio and web-novel platforms that want their long-form catalogue compressed into short-form video
  • Brands and creator networks that need serialized branded content at scale

What you get

  • A pilot episode within days, so you judge look, voice and pacing before committing
  • Season bible: characters, settings, visual style, tone and episode map
  • Finished 9:16 episodes with captions, cover frames and platform-specific exports
  • Language versions produced from the same master, with native voice performance
  • Metadata, episode synopses and thumbnails ready for your CMS

How it works

  1. 01

    Brief

We take your IP, a logline or an existing long-form show and agree on genre, episode count, language mix and delivery schedule.

  2. 02

    Pilot

One finished episode in days. You review look, pacing, voices and captions and we lock the style.

  3. 03

    Season

Episodes ship in weekly batches with a review loop. Characters and sets stay consistent through locked references and automated QA.

  4. 04

    Launch

Platform exports, metadata, thumbnails and the language versions, delivered together with the season bible.

Questions

How fast can you deliver a full season?
A pilot in days. A 50–100 episode season usually ships over four to eight weeks in batches, depending on genre and the number of language versions.
Can characters really stay consistent across 100 episodes?
Yes. We lock character references, wardrobe and sets up front and run automated checks on every generated shot. Consistency across a series is the main thing our pipeline is built for.
Do you work with our existing IP?
That is the most common case. Novels, audio series, comics and unproduced scripts all work. We also co-develop original series and offer titles from our own slate for licensing.
What does it cost compared to live-action vertical drama?
A fraction, and the gap widens with every language version you add, since those come from the same master rather than a new shoot. We quote per season after a short brief.
